How long is shipping?
Expect your order within 3 business days after the day you have placed your order. You will get a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped and you will be notified via emails on the status of your order. Make sure you have entered a correct email address. For "made to order products", the delivery time is indicated on the product page. In some rare instances, delivery time could take longer if we are sold out on some items and haven't yet received a restock shipment from Brazil. The maximum delivery time from order date is 20 business days including custom orders, shipping time and making time. Contact customer support if you haven't received your order within this timeframe. Check the promotion folder of your email inbox where shipping notification emails usually end up.
Is shipping free?
We offer a free shipping option. For expedited processing and insurance, we recommend choosing the $3 fast shipping option.
Can I exchange size or return my item?
Yes, absolutely. You have 30 days from the moment your order has been delivered to return or exchange the product. The product must be in like new conditions. You can exchange for another size or just return it and get a full refund*. If you want a bigger size, you will be asked to Paypal us the price difference. If you get a smaller size, we will refund you the price difference.
What's the return process?
- Make sure the item is in like new condition
- Contact us by email email@example.com and let us know if you want a full refund or an exchange.
- Wrap item(s) with care and add a note inside the package with your order number (or full name), shipping address, and whether you want an exchange (indicate size) or a full refund.
- Ship item(s). Use tracking and provide it by email as soon as you have it. (You are responsible for shipping cost, tracking acts as evidence the item was shipped and delivered.).

- We refund you or exchange the item based on your request when we've received the order. Fees may apply if order is received damaged (for refunds or exchanges). A $5 fee is now deducted from refunds only for first time customers returning all items from their first order for a refund with no exchanges.
No restocking fee for exchanges, if you already placed your replacement order or if you’ve kept some of the items from your order . The fee is also waived for repeat customers.
What's the 1 year warranty and what does it cover?
It covers premature aging like abnormal breaking, rusting. Please email us or contact us if you want to use our warranty before returning the product. We will assess the product with pictures and let you know if we cover it. We are usually very lenient and understanding. Our goal is to have lifelong customers!
Can I wet the leather?
Our leather products are treated with organic beeswax and are made for outdoors activities and the beach. For the apple watch bands, we recommend to take off the apple watch when you shower if you wear it everyday. Keep in mind that this is leather, not plastic. Do not worry for the dog collars. They are made to resist the wildest dogs!
What kind of leather are you using?
We are using full grain leather only. The highest grade of leather you can find, designed to last a lifetime.
What's your charity?
Our products are handmade in Brazil in our family's workshop and imported to the USA. The beading is made by artisan women. We pick up the beaded patterns and stitch them in our leather workshop. With your purchase you allow artisan women to get financial independence, work safely from home and support their family. Our margins are extremely thin! We almost sell at cost. We use expensive materials, give our artisans a high wage and import the collars by air. We also partner with non-profits no-kill shelters in the US. We also provide free items to various silent auction charity events. Finally, we have limited editions product collaborations with charities, please check out our product pages to shop these specific items that benefit these organizations.
