Can I exchange size or return my item?
Yes, absolutely. You have 30 days from the moment your order has been delivered to return or exchange the product. The product must be in like new condition and not made to order. You can exchange for another size or just return it and get a full refund. If you want a bigger size, you will be sent a payment link for the price difference. If you get a smaller size, we will refund you the price difference.
In order to prevent abusive returns and for our company to remain in business with increasing shipping and storage costs, see very important info below. In doubts, always contact customer support before shipping items back. If your order is made to order, always contact us first or your return will automatically be denied.
Fees may apply if order is received damaged (for refunds or exchanges). We do not provide return shipping label. We can't refund or exchange if the item was shipped to the wrong address or not shipped back to us properly. If a non eligible item is returned to us (beyond the return window or damaged), product will not be refunded and customer will be charged for shipping and storage fee if they want the merchandise to be shipped back to them.

Please include a note inside the package ( preferably write on the “pack list sheet” included in your package) and include info below on your note:
-your name and order number.
-which size you wish to exchange the item for ([write item size]”). OR "please refund" if you have already ordered a new size or replacement Or if you just want to return.

What's your 1 year warranty and what does it cover?
It covers premature aging like abnormal breaking, rusting or any other defects. Customer must contact customer service first. You will be asked to send pictures and proof of purchase (in most cases all you need is an order number or the email address or name used for the order) with a short description of the issue. If your purchase is eligible for the warranty, you will be asked to send the merchandise back to us (we do not provide shipping labels). In most cases, the pictures will allow us to determine eligibility but in some very few cases, we might ask you to send us the merchandise back before we are able to make a decision. If we determine there was a defect, we will either repair the product or provide a replacement at no cost to you other than shipping. We do not provide refunds. In some cases we might provide you with a store credit. Please note that the merchandise must always be returned for a warranty repair or exchange.
