Refund policy
The refund policy below takes priority over any refund policies mentioned in any sections of the website. The refund policy below applies to all products sold on the domain www.sambbohoshop.com and www.sambboho.com. The terms and conditions of the refund policy below will be applied when you ask for a refund or an exchange. You should solely refer to the refund policy below for refund information. Our customer service will solely refer to the refund policy below before processing any refunds. You must read this refund policy before purchasing. When you purchase from us, you agree to this refund policy. It's the customer duty to read the refund policy before purchasing. The refund policy can change at any time at our sole discretion. The latest policy at the time of the refund will apply.
Sambboho's refund policy
30 days returns policy
We can refund or exchange your purchase if you return your item within 30 days after your order is received, if your return meets all the conditions described in this paragraph. For example if you ordered on October 31st and received your order on November 4th, you have 30 days from the latter date to ship the item back to us. We use the delivery date and your return's package ship date to determine your eligibility for a refund or an exchange. You must use and keep the tracking number of your return parcel. Your return parcel's tracking number will act as evidence your item was shipped back to us if anything happens to the package during transit. The item must be returned like new and must not have been used. We inspect all items returned to us. This inspection is made at our discretion. We decide wether or not the state of the returned item is eligible for a refund. No refund can be provided for item returned damaged. You don't need a specific reason to return the item if you meet all conditions. You must follow the return's instructions when you return your item. If your return does't meet the return's instructions or is not eligible for a return because the item is damaged or is past the return's eligibility date, the item will be discarded. No refund can be issued nor can we ship you an exchange, if we have not received your return package first. If something happens to your returned item during transit, we will use your tracking number to issue you a refund or an exchange, at our discretion's only. We do not issue pre paid labels for returns. Refunds are processed in average 7 business days after the items are delivered back to us.
Custom-made items and made-to-order items are excluded from the 30 days return policy. No cancellation possible past 2 business days for made to order and personalized items. For other items, we can't guarantee cancellation requests after 2 business days. You will need to wait for delivery and return the items accordingly.
New policy change implemented since April 5th 2022.
*due to rising costs associated with shipping and processing fees and to prevent a broad price increase from abusive returns/ cancellations in this inflationary environment, a $10 fee is now deducted per items returned from refunds only for first time customers returning all items from their first order for a refund. Shipping costs and duties are excluded from refund.
No $10 fee for exchanges or if you’ve kept some of the items from your order that you are returning. The fee is also waived for repeat customers, or if you have already placed a replacement order to your exchange or your cancelled order.
Refunds policy in case something happens to your package during transit.
A refund can not be guaranteed by this policy if anything happens to your parcel once it has departed our fulfillment center. If the item is lost or stolen, we are not obliged to refund you the cost of the item or provide you with a replacement. However, you should contact customer service. We can still provide you with a replacement or a refund but this will be determined solely on a case by case basis. Please note that no refund will be issued for "stolen items" if the tracking number indicates that your order was delivered. You are responsible for making sure your orders are delivered in a safe place. We still invite you to contact customer service if that happens. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Refund policy for the 1 year warranty
We do not guarantee a refund for the warranty policy. Please refer to our 1 year warranty for eligibility. If eligible for our 1 year warranty, we will exchange or repair your item. A gift card can also be provided on a case by case basis.
You agree to the handmade item disclaimer
You are buying a handmade item, therefore minimum differences can be noticed between similar items or from advertised material such as sizing, length or width which can also include insignificant changes in beaded patterns or color tones. You've read and agreed to this term of sales when purchasing this product.
Exceptions to the rules
Exceptions to the rules can be made in the favor of the customer solely at the discretion of our customer service agents. Exceptional refunds that would otherwise not be eligible are made on a case by case basis only. Exceptions to the rules are made based on purchase history and customer courtesy and loyalty. They are considered exceptional marketing gesture. You should only refer to the policy above before purchasing.
Courtesy to customer service agents and legal pursuits
Legal threats, libels or chargeback will automatically void any warranty or refunds granted by the policy above. Customers making threats or disrespecting our customer agents will be blacklisted from contacting our company. Any legal threat is escalated to our legal counsel and can result in legal pursuits from our company. Chargebacks we consider fraudulent will be contested with the issuing banks and can result in legal pursuits from our company if we determine there was intent to defraud our company.
