For sanitary reasons, we can't accept returns. We only sell brand new. In addition to be in contact with the skin, our products act as an energy catalyst of the person who uses them. For these reasons, we can't sell these products again to someone else if they have been used and the merchandise is considered lost. Important information about refunds: 
  • We guarantee a 100% refund for orders not received, damaged or not shipped.
  • Any refunds after the order is shipped is at kotobeauty’s own discretion and reviewed on a case by case basis. Discounted items are never eligible for refunds.
  • Our rings are one size fits all, we can’t guarantee you a refund if the rings do not fit you as the merchandise is considered lost and can't be sold again.
  • If a refund was accepted by our customer service, refund conditions and instructions will be provided by emails. Please read carefully instructions provided in emails for refunds. 
  • Discounted items are never eligible for a refund unless order was not shipped, damaged or modified before shipping.
