Sizing & Collar Width

Each collar features 3 adjustable holes and fits neck sizes within a 2-inch range:

8–10", 10–12", 12–14": 3/4" wide
14–16", 16–18", 18–20": 1 3/8" wide
20–22", 22–24": 1 1/2" wide

How to measure: Measure your dog's neck where the collar naturally sits, allowing room for one finger. If your dog measures near the upper end of a size range, we recommend sizing up.

Need a different width? You can request any of our three standard widths (3/4", 1 3/8", or 1 1/2") regardless of collar size. For example, a 14–16" collar can be made in 3/4" width instead of 1 3/8". Simply email sales@sambboho.com for complimentary customization.

Bahia is part of our limited-edition made-to-order collection. Each collar is handcrafted in Brazil after your order is placed and then delivered to our San Diego facility.

Please allow approximately 15-20 business days for delivery.

Ships from California, USA. All U.S. orders are shipped domestically from our San Diego facility, meaning no international shipping hassles, customs clearance, or unexpected import duties for you.

Returns & Exchanges

As each made-to-order collar is handcrafted specifically for your order, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, but refunds are not available.

Need a different size? Simply contact support@sambbohoshop.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
